Healthy, local and tasty cuisine

At La Paillote, we cook with what we grow:

Seasonal vegetables from our vegetable garden and fields, sun-drenched tropical fruits, naturally raised chickens, fresh eggs from the henhouse, grass-fed goats and sheep, as well as our processing products (juices, jams, sauces, solar drying).

Everything is organic, natural and local but revisited with a touch of creativity.

A warm setting surrounded by nature

Our restaurant is a hut open to nature, built with local materials.

When you come to have lunch with us, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the shade of the trees, lulled by the sounds of the farm and the laughter of children.

It’s the ideal place to eat after a guided tour of the farm or a permaculture workshop.
